Test Engineer
to join our growing team and ensure the delivery of high-quality applications that power smarter utilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end testing of
    web, mobile (Android & iOS), and backend applications
    .
  • Design, develop, and execute
    manual and automated test cases
    .
  • Validate
    REST APIs
    , and test message flows using
    MQTT, ActiveMQ, and Kafka
    .
  • Test
    MongoDB-based data flows
    and verify storage consistency.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business teams to understand requirements and improve product quality.
  • Log, track, and verify defects through to closure.
  • Contribute to
    test planning, regression testing, and release readiness
    .

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
    .
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience
    in manual and automation testing.
  • Strong knowledge of
    API testing tools
    (Postman, Swagger, etc.) and experience with
    messaging systems
    (MQTT, ActiveMQ, Kafka).
  • Experience testing
    mobile apps (Android/iOS)
    and
    web applications
    .
  • Familiarity with
    MongoDB
    or other NoSQL databases.
  • Strong
    analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
    with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a
    fast-paced, collaborative environment
    .

Nice to Have

  • Experience with
    automation frameworks
    (Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
  • Knowledge of
    CI/CD pipelines
    and test automation integration.
  • Exposure to
    utility, energy, or IoT platforms
    .
    (Optional but relevant to our domain)
