We're Hiring: Sales Team Manager
Location: Kochi
Experience: 3–5 years in Sales/Team Handling
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Manager to guide, motivate, and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching/feedback.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to inspire and drive a high-performance team.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on results.
