Help in preparing meeting agendas, presentations, and follow-up materials. Relationship BuildingBuild rapport with potential client representatives during visits. Support post-meeting follow-ups to keep engagement warm.
Sales Collateral & CommunicationAssist in creating customized decks, proposals, and pitch material. Ensure all communication aligns with brand and compliance standards. Performance TrackingMaintain a weekly tracker of meetings attended, prospects engaged, and status updates.
Share regular reports with the wealth and sales leadership teams.
