We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

  • Designing and implementing performance test plans, creating strategies to assess how a system performs under different loads and conditions. 
  • Executing performance tests like Running tests like load, stress, and endurance tests to simulate real-world usage scenarios. 
  • Examining performance metrics (response time, throughput, error rates, etc.) to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. 
  • Working with developers to address performance issues and implement solutions. 
  • Diagnosing the root causes of performance problems and providing recommendations for fixes. 
  • Observing system behavior during testing, including resource utilization (CPU, memory, etc.). 
  • Keeping up with new performance testing tools and methodologies. 
  • Developing automated tests using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling. 
  • Generating performance reports, Documenting test results and sharing them with relevant teams. 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Should have Proficiency in performance testing tools, Experience with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar. 
  • Minimum 5 Years of experience in working as a Performance Tester
  • Knowledge of performance testing methodologies like Understanding of load testing, stress testing, endurance testing, etc. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze performance data and identify root causes. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills: Ability to work effectively with development and other teams. 
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle: Knowledge of how performance testing fits into the overall development process. 
  • Experience with monitoring tools: Familiarity with tools for monitoring system performance and resource utilization. 
  • Knowledge of scripting languages: (e.g., Python, JavaScript) may be helpful for creating test scripts.
