Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Design Engineer, located in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate will be fully responsible for the
end-to-end PCB development lifecycle,
from
schematic design to manufacturing
. You must be capable of independently handling
circuit design, schematic capture, component selection, PCB layout, routing, software integration, and final assembly coordination
. Only
highly skilled and experienced candidates
with hands-on PCB design and manufacturing knowledge should apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop
    multi-layer PCBs
    for embedded, analog, and RF systems.
  • Handle
    complete schematic design, simulation, and component selection
    .
  • Manage
    PCB layout, routing, signal integrity, and design rule verification
    .
  • Oversee
    assembly, fabrication, and vendor coordination
    for manufacturing.
  • Integrate PCBs with relevant
    firmware/software interfaces
    .
  • Ensure
    DFM (Design for Manufacturing)
    and
    DFA (Design for Assembly)
    standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, firmware, R&D) to validate performance.
  • Maintain all design documentation, BOMs, Gerber files, and test reports.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency
    in PCB design tools such as
    Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle, or OrCAD
    .
  • Strong understanding
    of analog/digital circuit design, power electronics, and EMI/EMC principles.
  • Experience in
    schematic capture, routing, 3D integration, and signal integrity analysis
    .
  • Knowledge of
    PCB manufacturing processes, materials, and assembly standards (SMT, THT)
    .
  • Familiarity with
    microcontrollers, sensors, and communication interfaces (UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, RF)
    .
  • Bachelor's or Master's
    degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field.
  • Prior experience in
    aerospace, robotics, or defense projects
    is highly desirable.

Candidates without hands-on experience in
complete PCB design, schematic development, routing, assembly coordination, and manufacturing
will
not be considered
.
