About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer (.NET + Selenium) to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with C#/.NET. You will work closely with developers and business analysts to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with C#/ .NET.
  • Understand business requirements and create test cases, test scripts, and test data.
  • Execute automated test suites and analyze test results.
  • Work with development teams to resolve defects and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and enhance automation frameworks for scalability and reusability.
  • Perform regression testing, integration testing, and functional testing.
  • Collaborate with manual testers to convert manual test cases into automated ones.
  • Ensure that test automation adheres to best practices and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in test automation.
  • Strong proficiency in C# / .NET programming.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
  • Knowledge of NUnit / MSTest / TestNG frameworks.
  • Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, RestSharp, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
  • Experience with Git / TFS or other version control tools.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of BDD frameworks (SpecFlow, Cucumber).
  • Experience with cloud-based test environments (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL queries for backend validation.
