In this role, you will play a key part in helping prospective learners choose the right online degree programs. You'll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound leads, understanding student requirements, and guiding them through the enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities:Reach out to and counsel prospective students via calls, emails, and in-person interactions during walk-ins. Understand student profiles, career goals, and recommend suitable online degree programs. Achieve enrolment targets through consultative and solution-oriented sales.

Maintain a detailed database of all interactions and leads using CRM tools. Provide accurate information about program offerings, admission procedures, and career outcomes.Follow up with leads to drive conversions and minimize drop-offs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve lead quality and engagement.

Key Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the Edtech or higher education industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Familiarity with online learning platforms and degree programs. High level of customer-centricity and professionalism. Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
