We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-friendly Sales Girl to join our retail team. The candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for customer service. She will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience.

Work Timing: 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM (including lunch & tea breaks)

  • Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits.
  • Handle billing and payment accurately.
  • Maintain product displays and overall store presentation.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints politely and professionally.
  • Coordinate with the team and report daily sales to the manager.
  • Requirements:Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
  • Experience: 0–2 years in retail sales (freshers welcome)
  • Excellent communication skills (Marathi,English, Hindi, and local language preferred)
  • Pleasant personality and positive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling
  • Ability to work in a team and meet sales goals
