Responsibilities: ● Drive implementation of theOnline marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, conversion, andrevenue growth.● Act as a SPOC for end to endfranchise related queries● Understanding businessrequirements and providing marketing solutions to the franchises.● Develop, Manage & Buildrelationships with key marketing partners and agencies.● Creative Flair for stores.● On -boarding and training of newoutlets for all the marketing related inputs.● Manage complete P&L acrossFranchisees effectively.● Understanding of FranchiseStore's P&L and business decisions based on the same is expected. Requirements ● Strong analytical skills withsolid grasp on Excel / PowerPoint.● Ability to work across differentteams and align everyone towards a common goal.● Leadership and Influencingskills: Identify builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at alllevels, internally and externally.● Good working knowledge andexperience of Food Delivery Aggregators activities.● Confident and effectivecommunication skills and an attitude/aptitude for Sales.
