Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate / Analyst to support our global cybersecurity sales team at SecurityBoat. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher who has strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a keen interest in cybersecurity, B2B sales, and research-driven work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Management, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in sales operations, business operations, inside sales, or similar roles are welcome.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
  • Curious, enthusiastic, and eager to learn about cybersecurity and global B2B sales.
  • Ability to work from our Pune office and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day sales operations for global markets (including EMEA, Middle East, and South-East Asia).
  • Create, update, and maintain sales-related documentation such as proposals, decks, email templates, reports, and process documents.
  • Assist the sales team with email management, follow-ups, meeting scheduling, and notifications.
  • Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring accuracy of leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
  • Prepare basic sales reports and dashboards to track activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, operations) to ensure smooth execution of sales workflows.
  • Work closely with the entire sales team, gaining exposure to full-cycle B2B cybersecurity sales.
