We are a growing CA firm offering exposure across audit, taxation, compliance and advisory services. The internship provides hands-on learning under experienced Chartered Accountants and an opportunity to work directly with corporate and non-corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Audit & Assurance: Assist in statutory audits of companies/LLPs/firms, tax audits, internal audits, GST audits and government company audits; prepare working papers and documentation.

  2. Direct Tax: Prepare Income Tax Returns, assist in assessments, reassessments (u/s 147), submissions to Income Tax Department and appeals before CIT(A)/ITAT.

  3. GST & Indirect Tax: Prepare GST returns, reconciliations (2A/2B), assist in departmental queries, notices, audits and appeals.

  4. International Tax: Assist with DTAA analysis, TDS on foreign payments, Form 15CA/CB working papers.

  5. CFO & Advisory Services: Support in MIS reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, loan documentation and internal controls.

  6. Accounting: Work on Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks, maintain books of accounts, reconciliations and financial statements.

  7. Departmental Representation: Accompany seniors for submissions and hearings at Income Tax, GST, ROC and other authorities.

Skills & Attributes

  1. Strong analytical and accounting skills

  2. Working knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with accounting software is a plus

  3. Good communication and willingness to learn

  4. Ability to manage timelines and work in a team environment

Eligibility

  1. CA Inter/IPCC students seeking articleship

  2. Commerce graduates/postgraduates seeking practical exposure

  3. Basic understanding of audit & tax concepts preferred
