Job Opening: IT Administrator – Product Strategy Unit (PSU)
Center of Excellence in Human-centred Computing, IIIT Delhi
The Product Strategy Unit for Inclusive Public Technology at IIIT Delhi is seeking an experienced IT Administrator to support the development of secure, scalable, and user-friendly public digital systems. The role involves working closely with government departments and internal teams to manage IT infrastructure and digital tools that enable impactful public technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement and inventory of IT hardware/software
- Configure laptops and servers
- Manage cloud-based subscriptions and SaaS tools
- Handle IT onboarding/offboarding for PSU staff
- Implement IT best practices (2FA, VPN, password management, etc.)
- Coordinate with IIITD IT departments when required
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher degree in IT
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT & cloud infrastructure management, user account management, and SaaS administration
Salary: ₹10–15 LPA (based on qualifications & experience)
Duration: Contractual, project-based (till 31 July 2026)
Location: Delhi–NCR
