Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Maintain day-to-day financial records, ledgers, and journals.
  2. Prepare and review balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
  3. Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  4. Handle monthly GST returns and TDS filings.
  5. Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports and cash flow statements.
  6. Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
  7. Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
  8. Ensure timely payments to vendors and follow up on receivables.
  9. Monitor budget vs. actual expenses.
  10. Assist in finalization of accounts and year-end closing.

Key Skills

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles
  • TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / relevant software
  • MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and time management skills
