About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) modules within SAP ECC. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in Global Taxation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Asset Accounting, along with deep integration knowledge across other SAP modules.

This role involves driving configuration, migration, and process improvement initiatives—especially in SAP B1 to ECC migration projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver SAP FICO design, configuration, and implementation across multiple finance areas: GL, AP, AR, Assets, and Taxation.
  • Support and enhance existing SAP ECC systems with focus on global finance and tax compliance.
  • Participate in end-to-end implementation and migration projects (preferably SAP B1 to ECC).
  • Map business processes to SAP functionalities and design scalable, efficient financial solutions.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and migration activities for financial data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
  • Create functional specifications, configuration guides, and end-user training materials.
  • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial accounting principles, internal controls, and tax regulations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–10 years of proven experience in SAP FICO (ECC) implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of Global Taxation, GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and integration points with MM/SD.
  • Experience in SAP B1 to ECC migration, data mapping, and conversion.
  • Deep understanding of financial accounting concepts, tax rules, and SAP best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP Certification in SAP ECC FI or SAP Business One Finance preferred.
  • Familiarity with migration tools and methodologies (e.g., LSMW, BODS, or custom data loaders).
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
