What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION :

- Design and document detailed Azure solutions including network topology, compute infrastructure, storage options, security controls, and application deployment strategies.

- Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, technical roadmaps, and documentation.

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate Azure services based on business needs, considering cost optimization and performance requirements.

- Review and approve technical designs, ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards.

- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of Azure solutions.

- Work with Digital and business teams for designing, building & operationalizing components that will grow in capability while being multi-tenant, global, scalable & highly available.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and evaluate their suitability for the nVents infrastructure needs.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance in resolving complex infrastructure issues and outages.

You Have :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in cloud architecture, with a focus on Azure.

- Strong knowledge of Azure services, including Azure DevOps, Azure Active Directory, Azure ARC, Azure Security, and Microsoft Purview.

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like ARM templates, Terraform, or Ansible.

- Proficiency in scripting languages, especially Powershell

- Ability to communicate with clarity and simplicity on technical and non-technical matters spanning from strategy through to execution

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities for self and team

- Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to lead & influence cross functional and multinational teams
