We are hiring for our esteemed client which is a leading Masterbatch Manufacturer offering its supreme product range of - Combination Masterbatches, Colour Masterbatches, Compounds

and serving the industries like

Automotive, Cosmetics, Medical, Agro Films, Food Packaging , etc. Their Manufacturing set up is in Ahmedabad and looking for Sales & Marketing Managers across India.

Location- PAN India Experience - 5 Years in Masterbatch Sales

Roles & Responsibilities: Promoting the company's existing product range and introducing new products to the market. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals. Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports. Implementing new sales plans and advertising. Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities. Staying current in the industry by conferences, and workshops, and maintaining personal and professional networks.

Key role Requirements:

A bachelor's / Master's degree in Plastics required. Degree in marketing will be additional advantage. Candidate should be experienced in sales of Master Batches & compounds 5-15 years' experience in marketing & sales required. Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Knowledge of data analysis and report writing. The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures. Communication Skill (Verbal & Written) should be perfect. The ability to work under pressure.
