Urgent Requirement Social Media Manager

We are urgently looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Manager with experience in the grocery and food industry. The ideal candidate will manage our global social media presence, develop impactful strategies, create engaging content, and drive brand growth across India, Canada, USA, UAE, and other regions.

This role requires strong knowledge of Meta Ads boosting, paid campaign management, and content creation tailored for international audiences.

Job Responsibilities – Social Media Manager

  • Manage global company pages for India, Canada, USA, UAE, and other regions across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and others.
  • Plan, implement, and oversee the company's social media strategy tailored to diverse international audiences.
  • Create graphics and develop engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, videos, and infographics aligned with the brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Develop and execute monthly social media calendars and campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor social media platforms to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging across all regions.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to measure reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns with expertise in boosting and running Meta Ads, as well as other paid platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and online communities across international markets.
  • Stay updated with global social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to enhance performance and innovation.

Skill Requirements

  • Graduate in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, Media, or related discipline).
  • 2–3 years of experience managing social media on global platforms.
  • Strong skills in graphic design using Canva and familiarity with modern AI-based design and content/Graphics creation tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and coordination.
  • Good knowledge of internet research and online tools.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools for graphics, posts, and content creation will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
