About the Role:

We are building next-gen AI-powered tools, automation solutions, chatbots, and financial applications. We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with 1+ year of experience who can contribute to developing scalable backends, integrating AI/ML models, and working with financial data pipelines.

You will work on projects involving FastAPI, data processing, AI/ML, RAG architectures, and chatbot automation, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop RESTful APIs & microservices using FastAPI + Uvicorn.
  • Work with Pandas, NumPy, OpenPyXL for financial data processing and automation.
  • Implement AI/ML workflows including data preparation, training, and deployment.
  • Build and optimize RAG-based chatbots and intelligent assistants.
  • Work with document parsing tools like pdfplumber, PyPDF2, Tabula-py, OpenCV for automation.
  • Develop and maintain secure authentication/authorization flows using JWT (python-jose), bcrypt, cryptography.
  • Integrate with MongoDB (Motor, PyMongo) for scalable data storage.
  • Collaborate with product and data teams to deliver AI-driven financial tools.
  • Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with Python (1+ year professional).
  • Backend frameworks: FastAPI, Uvicorn.
  • Data processing: Pandas, NumPy, OpenPyXL.
  • AI/ML: Hands-on knowledge of Machine Learning concepts, model integration, and deployment.
  • Advanced AI: Exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Chatbots, AI Agents, Automation.
  • Document & file processing: OpenCV, pdfplumber, PyPDF2, Tabula-py.
  • Databases: MongoDB (Motor, PyMongo).
  • Security: JWT, python-jose, bcrypt, pycryptodome, cryptography.
  • Configuration: python-dotenv, Pydantic for validations.
  • Version control: Git/GitHub.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models), vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • Understanding of MLOps workflows.
  • Familiarity with financial domain tools & automation.
  • Basic knowledge of Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Educational Qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
