Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in offset printing and pre-press processes. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality print-ready designs, managing color accuracy, and ensuring artwork compatibility with offset printing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design layouts for brochures, packaging, leaflets, business cards, catalogues, posters, and other print materials.
  • Prepare print-ready files with correct bleed, margins, and color profiles (CMYK).
  • Work closely with the printing and production teams to ensure design feasibility and color accuracy.
  • Manage pre-press setup — color separation, trapping, imposition, and proof checking.
  • Create and edit designs using software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and CorelDRAW.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all print materials.
  • Coordinate with vendors and printing presses for proof approvals and final output.
  • Troubleshoot printing issues and provide technical support for design files.
  • Stay updated with new design trends, materials, and printing techniques.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and CorelDRAW.
  • Good knowledge of offset printing processes, color management, and pre-press production.
  • Understanding of paper types, finishes, lamination, and die-line setup.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail and precision.
  • Ability to handle multiple design projects under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Education & Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a printing or packaging industry.
  • Proven experience with offset printing coordination and production design.

Key Deliverables:

  • High-quality, print-ready designs meeting brand and production standards.
  • Accurate color and layout consistency across print materials.
  • Smooth coordination with print vendors and production teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
