Job Title: AI & ML Lead

Location: Salem & Chennai

Experience: 8+ Years (Minimum 5 years in AI/ML)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end AI/ML solution design and implementation.
  • Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, and Mistral.
  • Build and optimize RAG pipelines using tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and LangGraph.
  • Develop and manage AI APIs using FastAPI.
  • Implement scalable ML pipelines and promote best practices in MLOps (automation, monitoring, governance).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data) to integrate AI solutions into production.
  • Mentor and guide a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, NLP, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision.
  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and Prompt Engineering.
  • Proficient in Python and backend development using FastAPI.
  • Good understanding of Agentic AI and orchestration frameworks.
  • Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Proven track record of delivering AI/ML solutions at scale.
