Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute
    end-to-end marketing strategies
    (digital + offline).
  • Plan, run, and optimize campaigns across
    SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Events, and Partnerships
    .
  • Create engaging content including
    blogs, case studies, creatives, ads, and social posts
    .
  • Manage and grow
    brand presence
    on digital platforms.
  • Leverage
    AI-based automation tools
    for lead generation, lead qualification, ad management, CRM automation, and spend optimization.
  • Track and analyse
    campaign performance, ROAS, and KPIs
    , and provide data-driven insights.
  • Coordinate with
    sales and product teams
    to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Stay updated on
    marketing technology, AI, and automation trends
    .

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience
    in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of
    digital marketing channels
    and campaign optimization.
  • Exposure to or interest in
    AI-driven marketing automation
    (chatbots, CRM workflows, predictive analytics).
  • Experience in
    performance marketing and ROAS optimization
    is a plus.
  • Excellent
    content creation and communication skills
    .
  • Self-starter with ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
