  • Guide clients on document collection (education, work experience, financials, ID proofs).
  • Check for gaps, errors, or missing documents before submission
  • Conduct first-level counseling to understand client profile (education, experience, budget, goals).
  • Suggest suitable countries, programs, or job roles as per eligibility.
  • For work permits – coordinate with overseas partners/employers for offer letters and contracts.
  • Ensure timely submission of files to institutions or embassies.
  • Ensure clients follow the payment process (installments, deadlines, invoices).
  • Maintain proper records of fees received and pending.
  • Be transparent—never mislead clients with false promises.
  • Update clients regularly about their case status
  • Maintain confidentiality of client documents.
  • Stick to company processes and checklists—no shortcuts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
