SOC Lead- Cyber Security SOC Lead:

  • Good Understanding of CIS controls and implementation of OS Hardening parameters for Windows and Linux.
  • SOC Operations, Hands on Experience in configuring and SIEM Implementation, DLP Implementation, Threat Detection and Analysis, Threat hunting Vulnerability Assessment, WAF, CISCO Umbrella, PAM, DAM, Email Security, VAPT tools, etc.,
  • Managing the Entire Security landscape with SIEM, IPS, WAF, DLP, End-Point Detection and response
  • Anti-APT (Advanced Persistent Threat), e-mail Security and Cloud Security, VAPT, and risk mitigation.
  • Design and implementation of AWS, Azure projects, and leading Cyber security team.
  • Application vulnerability testing and packaging
  • Identity and Access management (IAM and PAM)
  • Good analyzing skills on identifying vulnerabilities on OS and applications and will recommend remediation.
  • Ensure compliance to the Regulators, ISO, NIST, CERT-IN, NCIIPC requirements and Advisories
  • Developed and executed the company's cybersecurity strategy, aligning with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Implemented robust security measures, resulting in reduction in security incidents and vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to assess and mitigate risks across the organization.
  • Spearheaded the security awareness training program, resulting in improvement in employee understanding of cybersecurity best practices
  • Certifications SOC Lead Certifications, CISM (Additional Advantage)
  • Good verbal Communications and written skills
  • Knowledge on BCP frameworks and standards
