Job Title     Research Associate in Technical Service FBB India 

Job Description    
As a Research Associate, you will be responsible for supporting in delivery of quality results in projects and good understanding of work done in the lab. This involves good coordination with team members and key stakeholders and working towards the department's growth, driving and delivering results in terms of:

Tasks and responsibilities:

•    Taking ownership and responsibility of the Food and Protein Industry deliverables for all Food and Protein projects. (technical / non-technical)

•    Not only be able to work independently in the task assigned but also guide other research associates, externals and Interns

•    Able to handle work of medium complexity

•    Ensures that the department is delivering results corresponding to agreed business goals and timelines.

•    Working in systematic manner with good documentation skills. And training other lab members in documentation for high quality data capture and reporting. 

•    Able to plan lab work of entire Brewing lab ensuring optimum resource utilization.

•    Find vendor for new equipment procuring, learning, developing and training in new methods and equipment

•    Involved in scale up trials in the plants along with or without Industry Technology Specialists.

•    Training Channel partners like distributors and formulators

•    Able to handle work life balance

Soft Skills Required    

•    Being creative and Fast learner

•    Is a good team player

•    Is acceptable to changes

•    You thrive on challenges and enjoy working proactively with other groups within the company.

Basic Qualifications    You hold: 

•    M.Sc. in Food Technology, Microbiology, Lifescience, Biochemistry and With min 4 years experience

•    Relevant experience preferred, in Protein and plant extraction Industry with required analytical skills to work independently in data handling and developing new methods. 

•    Excellent communication and influencing skills and operate effectively within a network matrix organisation

Supervisor responsibilities     
Training interns and research Associates and working with them independently
