Role Overview:

As an Executive Recruitment Consultant Trainee, you will support the recruitment process end-to-endsourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting with offer negotiations. This internship is designed for fresh graduates eager to build a career in recruitment.

  • Source and screen candidates via job portals and social media
  • Conduct initial phone interviews and validate candidate profiles
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Assist in offer negotiation and candidate communication
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
