Reservation Manager | Near Gurgaon

Job Description

We are looking for a smart and service-focused Reservation Manager with excellent communication skills and a hospitality background. This role involves managing all guest and member reservations, ensuring a smooth and premium experience. The position requires flexibility to work afternoon and evening shifts, with cab facility provided for late night duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and manage guest reservations (calls, emails, systems)
  • Manage inquiries, booking modifications, and special requests
  • Maintain accurate booking logs and guest preferences
  • Coordinate with F&B, operations, and events teams
  • Deliver excellent customer service to high-end clientele
  • Resolve queries or complaints efficiently
  • Use reservation software/tools for smooth operations

Candidate Requirements

  • 24 years of experience in reservations/front office/customer service
  • Mandatory hospitality background (hotels, clubs, travel, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Presentable and client-friendly personality
  • Comfortable with afternoon & evening shifts (cab provided)
  • 6 days working, 1 rotational off
  • Familiarity with reservation systems preferred
