Manager - Automation

Summary

Responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and updating software applications. Evaluates, schedules, and resources development projects. Investigates and analyzes user needs. Writes, tests, and maintains computer programs, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Plans, develops, and implements website and ecommerce applications, and prepares systems documentation. Researches, develops, and implements of artificial intelligence and machine learning into the organization's infrastructure and processes. Performs development, programming, and configuration of internal end user applications. Designs and specifies the overall software structure, core elements, and properties by analyzing the software requirements, constraints, interfaces, and dependencies. Updates or enhances existing software capabilities.

Knowledge & Experience

- Requires expertise in theories, concepts, and principles to drive results for own job area

- Requires mastery level knowledge and skills within a specific job area and strong understanding of the impact of work on other job families across the organization

- Requires a University Degree and minimum 7 years of prior relevant experience; some roles may require graduate-level education Masters or Doctorate degree (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)

What You Will Do:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of automation engineers

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team

Provide technical oversight on automation and RPA projects

Work closely with stakeholders to drive status updates and calls

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and manage stakeholders

Evaluate and select appropriate RPA/automation platforms(Uipath, Automation Anywhere, Power Platform)

What You Will Need:

_ Solution Architect or Advance Developer Certifications in one of the RPA platforms (Uipath, Automation anywhere)

• Proficiency in one of the programming language (Python, Java, .Net)

• Knowledge of database management, APIs and system integrations

-5+ years of experience in RPA development, implementations, or related roles

• 5+ years in project management, process optimizations, and team leadership

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision -making skill

-Excellent communication and stakeholder management

What Would Be Nice To Have:

- Knowledge of AI, ML , Intelligent Document Processing and process mining tools is advantageous

• Familiarity with automation use cases in specific domains like, healthcare, finance

• Awareness of regulatory compliance standards for RPA(eg. GDPR, HIPAA)
