Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Professor, based in Dehra Dun. The Professor will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, conducting research, mentoring and guiding students, and evolving innovative teaching methodologies. They will participate in curriculum development, contribute to academic publications, and collaborate with faculty to ensure educational excellence. Additionally, the role emphasizes cultivating a productive academic environment that promotes student learning and intellectual growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong teaching and curriculum development skills, including the ability to deliver subject-specific lectures and develop engaging course material.
  • Research and academic writing skills, with the capacity to contribute to publications and conferences.
  • Mentorship and interpersonal skills for guiding and supporting students in their academic and professional growth.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative learning environment.
  • Doctorate (Ph.D.) degree in the relevant discipline and prior teaching experience at a university or college level is required.
  • Familiarity with contemporary educational methodologies and technologies is an advantage.
