  1. Monitor daily Tool Box Talk held at site.

  2. Safety walks with our project managers on weekly basis at work site.

  3. Prepare the HIRA and aspect and impact coordinating with activity in charge for implementation

  4. Ensure site team prepared the work method statement and it is available concerns

  5. Be at the construction site all the time constantly monitoring activities for safe practices and conditions.

  6. Inspect work site, report on safety observations and timely initiate remedial measures wherever necessary

  7. Strictly Prohibiting child labor at site

  8. Imposing fines and penalties and issuing Memo for Violations

  9. Ensure that good housekeeping is always maintained by the activity in charge in their work location

  10. Check and ensure that heavy/lifting equipment are regularly inspected and well maintained.

  11. Ensure that all hand/power tools are inspected periodically and are always in good repair.

  12. Inspect for proper barricade, sign boards in caution, warnings, prohibitions and restrictions are in place.

  13. Ensure that confined space entry procedures are followed. Provide information, Advise & Support to all levels of site staff's regarding HSE practices &procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

· Diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred)

· Any degree with Diploma in fire and safety / Industrial safety / Construction safety - AICTE Approved

· Knowledgeable in ISO 14001: 2015 and 45001 :2018 (Certified internal auditor is added advantage)

· Specialization in HSE Possess certification in NEBOSH IGC (Added advantage)

· Fluent English & Hindi speaking
