We are looking for an (Associate) Content Ingestion Analyst to join our Ingest team in Noidalocation. This is an amazing opportunity to work on content acquisition, transformation, and ingestion to Clarivate product Darts-ip. The team consists of12 experts and is reporting to the Team Manager. We have a great skill set inmonitoringthe IP content from Publish to product and we would love to speak with you if you have skills or interest to explore opportunities in content acquisition.

About You experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • 6 months - 1 year experience in a fast-paced environment (freshers are also welcome)

  • Mustpossessanalytical skills, problem-solving skills with attention to detail, strong evaluative skills, critical thinking, judgment skills and time management.

  • Multitasking ability, flexible, able to redefine priorities based on business needs and ready to deal with complex and demanding issues.

  • Bachelor's or master'sDegree (Except Pharmacy, Ph.D., MCA,MTech, BTech, MBA) with good knowledge of Microsoft Office products and having good English written and verbal communication skills, organizational and interpersonal skills.

It would be great if you also have anypreviousexperience on handling Intellectual property information.Knowledge onPower BIwould also be preferred.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Assiststhe acquisition of Intellectual Property Data from external sources through various modes and prepares this information for input into product databases

  • Validates informationpertaining toIntellectual Property Data set and makes amendments as applicable. Also keeps track of similar errors for elimination through automation.

  • Proofreads data editing to ensure accuracy of data entry and shares recommendations to management on opportunities to improve data quality or processes

  • Identifiesinclusion of new informations in the data set and shares it with concerned team for workflow amendment.

  • Delivers high quality data within specified timelines and activelyparticipatesin workflow management and quality controls to ensure accuracy.

  • Supports team and contributes to teamobjectivesfor all fundamental content activities.

About the Team

Ingest Operations is a 12 member team based out of Kolkata, Noida and Hyderabad and specializes in content acquisition, transformation, and ingestion to Clarivate product such as Darts-ip etc. The team is a blend of content experts who review the opportunities for new source content, develop requirements for its acquisition and transformation to be used by curation experts downstream for value-add information.

9-6 PM IST (Hybrid Work Mode)
