Role Overview:

We are looking for a Public Speaking & English Communication Trainer to be deployed at one of our partner schools in Sohna. The trainer will be responsible for improving students' communication skills, spoken English, and confidence through fun, activity-based sessions — while being a part of the Flipped Classroom team and reporting to our academic head.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct offline classroom sessions on spoken English, public speaking, and communication skills.

Plan and execute engaging activities such as debates, storytelling, group discussions, and role plays.

Work closely with students to improve grammar, fluency, body language, and presentation skills.

Provide regular feedback and conduct performance assessments.

Collaborate with the academic and operations teams to enhance the training experience.

Encourage a positive, growth-oriented learning environment in every session.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field.

Prior teaching or training experience (Public Speaking / English preferred).

Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students.

Enthusiastic, creative, and confident personality.

Comfortable working onsite at Sohna.
