Position: Human Resources Executive

Amadora is looking for an experienced HR Executive who understands the pace and people needs of a growing QSR or retail business.
If you've worked on the ground hiring frontline staff, onboarding new team members, managing payroll, and being the go-to HR person for store teams-you might be exactly who we're looking for.
Key Responsibilities:- End-to-end recruitment through portals and on-ground hiring (especially from other QSRs and hospitality outlets)
- Smooth and professional onboarding of new employees across stores
- Assist in managing payroll processes, attendance, and documentation
- Conduct weekly 1-on-1 check-ins with store staff in person (Chennai) and over Zoom (Bangalore)
- Work closely with operations and training teams to align hiring needs with store goals
- Maintain HR dashboards and help drive employee engagement
- 2+ years of HR experience in QSR or retail (only those with this background will be contacted)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and timelines in a high-growth environment
