Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience in QA/C and Semarchy. The ideal candidate will oversee technical projects ensuring quality and efficiency. This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams during day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects from inception to completion ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Oversee the development and implementation of QA/C processes to enhance product reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Semarchy solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all technical processes and procedures.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Implement and monitor automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues promptly minimizing downtime and impact on operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technical activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance team performance.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in QA/C demonstrating a deep understanding of quality assurance methodologies.
• Have a strong background in Semarchy with proven ability to implement and manage data integration solutions.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Show a track record of successful project management with the ability to lead teams and deliver results.
• Hold relevant certifications in QA/C and Semarchy showcasing expertise and commitment to professional development.
• Display a collaborative mindset with experience working in hybrid environments and coordinating with remote teams.
