Job Description:
  • Responsible for manufacturing operations & new compound developments in plant
  • Undertaking feasibility studies for improvement in production methods/equipment for better quality, safety & economy.
  • Responsible for execution of installation, commissioning, validation activity of formulating equipment with coordination with internal & external agencies.
  • Designing manufacturing layout and managing erection and commissioning activities of instruments, plant, and machinery.
  • To ensure manufacturing operations are continuously supported and maintained in compliance with quality, safety, environmental regulations.
  • To ensuring availability of RM as per plan & optimize all inventory costs.
  • To Implementing Quality Management System and ensuring adherence to the same while ensuring compliance with various quality measures.
  • Responsible for review of documents SOP's, Validation schedules, PM schedules & calibration schedules
  • To establishing quality standards, implementing stringent quality control system to enhance product quality and reduce rejection rate through continuous improvement of IATF 16949, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, PPAP, SPC, MSA, and QMS.
  • Develop and maintain escalation processes and networks that respond and support problem-solving to ensure continued quality delivery of supply
  • Managing operational safety & implementation of safety audit recommendations in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • To review of yearly training calendar with HR dept upon needs identification & implementing the same.
  • Carrying out a performance review of several of various teams & providing feedback on areas for improvements.
