We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in design and video production, with the ability to conceptualize and deliver high-quality visual assets across multiple platforms. This individual should be passionate about design trends, able to adapt quickly, and capable of mentoring junior designers while collaborating closely with the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Create engaging and professional video content for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes.
  • Creative Design: Develop Infographics, brochures, ads, and social media collateral that align with brand guidelines.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to design campaigns and creatives tailored for different digital platforms.
  • Trend Adaptation: Keep track of emerging design and editing trends, applying them to ensure content remains fresh and competitive.
  • Project Management: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior designers, ensuring consistency and quality across all creative outputs.
  • UI/UX Foundation: Contribute to web redesign initiatives with a basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Ownership: Take full ownership of assigned projects, from ideation to execution, with accountability for results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Media, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma (for UI/UX) or similar.
  • Strong expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Experience in creating Infographics, brochures, social media creatives, and ad designs.
  • Strong aesthetic sense, storytelling skills, and an eye for detail.
  • Ability to adapt to trending designs & edits and apply them effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for handling multiple projects.
  • Leadership skills to mentor junior designers and maintain brand consistency.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
