Hiring for International Customer Support in Jaipur (Work from Office)

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Rotational | Night Shift (Cab facility provided)

Work Days: 5 days/week

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls
  • Assist customers with product information, order placement, and return queries
  • Provide resolutions to issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Undergraduate Freshers Welcome
  • Skills: Strong English communication (verbal) is mandatory
  • Must be open to rotational and night shifts
  • Candidates from across India are welcome to relocate to Jaipur

Compensation & Benefits upto ₹36,000/month

  • Relocation Bonus: ₹10,000
  • Free Accommodation: 14-day hotel stay for outstation candidates
  • Travel Assistance: Travel tickets sponsored by the company
  • Cab facility available for night shifts
