Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and confident Clinical Dietitian who has experience in diet counseling over phone calls. The role involves guiding clients on diet plans, handling product-related queries, and supporting sales conversion through professional and knowledgeable communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide diet counseling to clients through phone calls.
  • Assess client requirements and prepare suitable diet plans.
  • Guide clients regarding products, services, and treatment plans.
  • Maintain detailed records of client progress and follow-up accordingly.
  • Support sales by explaining suitable programs to clients.
  • Handle customer queries and provide professional assistance.
  • Work closely with the clinical and sales team to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow company guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition / Dietetics / Clinical Nutrition.
  • Prior experience in telephonic diet counseling preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage client calls efficiently.
  • Knowledge of therapeutic diets and nutrition guidelines.

  • Duration: 5–7 days
  • Type: Unpaid
  • Location: Chandigarh
  • Training will include:

  • Call handling and communication

Salary

  • Salary will start after successful completion of training.
