The Role

We're looking for a dynamic Associate Director – Projects to lead the delivery of turnkey
commercial fit-out projects
. You'll drive execution excellence, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure every project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Lead project planning, execution, and handover for major interior projects
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and client coordination
  • Oversee design, procurement, and site teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Mentor project managers and drive process improvements

What You Bring

  • 8–12 years of experience in project management (
    Commercial interior fit-out
    / design-build)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills
  • Proven track record in managing multi-site, large-scale projects
