Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Fresher located in Noida, with some work from home accepted. The Sales Fresher will be responsible for generating sales leads, following up on leads, conducting sales presentations, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Fresher will assist in market research and sales strategy development.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is beneficial, but not required
