We're Hiring: Video Editor (On-site | Bengaluru)

At Arobuz, we help businesses scale through strategic, story-driven digital marketing. From branding and content to performance marketing and website design — we partner with family-run and growing brands across India and globally.

We're now looking for a Video Editor to join our creative team full-time at our Bengaluru office.

Role Overview:

As a Video Editor, you'll work closely with our content and design team to turn raw footage, creative ideas, and brand stories into engaging visual content. You'll be responsible for editing social media reels, campaign videos, and motion-based brand content that aligns with client goals and audience preferences for social media platforms

Position Details:

  • Location: On-site (Bengaluru)
  • Role Type: Full-time
  • Probation Period: 3 months
  • Post-Probation: Continued employment based on performance only
  • Urgency: To Start immediately

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit short-form videos (Reels, Ads, Campaign Trailers, BTS, Testimonial Edits)
  • Add motion graphics, transitions, text effects, and audio layers to enhance storytelling
  • Work with content + design team to create high-converting visual assets
  • Organize and maintain raw footage, project files, and edit logs
  • Edit videos in portrait, square, and landscape formats for different platforms
  • Support with thumbnail design and promotional edits if needed
  • Collaborate in ideation, shoot direction, and style development when required

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva
  • Working knowledge of After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Basic skills in motion graphics & transitions
  • Understanding of design, layout, typography, and composition
  • Bonus: Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Figma

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on editing experience (project-based accepted)
  • Strong sense of rhythm, pacing, and creative storytelling
  • Ability to take feedback, stick to deadlines, and work with a team
  • A portfolio or showreel is required
