Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Embedded Engineer to join our Board Design and IoT Integration Support Team. The ideal candidate will work on hardware integration, PCB/board design, firmware development, and seamless IoT connectivity. You will also collaborate closely with the UI/UX team to ensure smooth interaction between hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, test, and optimize PCB/board layouts for IoT-enabled devices.
  • Develop, debug, and deploy firmware for microcontrollers and embedded systems.
  • Work on sensor and actuator integration, communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, MQTT).
  • Support IoT connectivity (Wi-Fi, BLE, LoRa, etc.) and ensure reliable data transmission.
  • Collaborate with software/UI teams for end-to-end integration and user experience optimization.
  • Assist in hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and performance validation.
  • Prepare technical documentation and support manufacturing handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience with PCB/board design and firmware development.
  • Strong understanding of embedded C/C++ and microcontroller architectures (ARM, ESP32, STM32, etc.).
  • Experience in IoT protocols and cloud connectivity.
  • Knowledge of hardware assembly, testing tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters), and debugging methods.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX integration for IoT applications.

Preferred:

  • Hands-on experience with low-power design for IoT devices.
  • Exposure to industrial IoT applications and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and Agile workflows.
