Job Purpose To consistently achieve PQCDMS targets on a shift basis in the respective unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• • Conduct sunrise and sunset meetings with team leaders to communicate daily targets, issues, and improvement actions.
• Audit and improve workplace standards including 2S (Sort & Shine), Jishu Hozen (autonomous maintenance), and safety practices.
• Monitor and optimize manpower deployment and organize necessary resources to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Review painted parts sequence plan to ensure availability aligns with production requirements.
• Conduct daily PDCA cycles to track and improve quality and delivery, ensuring process parameters remain within control limits.
• Perform weekly audits on part and process standards (SDCA) and initiate corrective actions where deviations are found.
• Resolve painting-related customer complaints and rework issues through root cause analysis and corrective measures.
• Support EJO activities and provide feedback during new product or process trials; assist PED in the introduction of new models and variants.
• Manage non-conforming products by identifying, controlling, and closing out issues to maintain product quality.
• Drive continuous improvement through Revex, SIT/CFT, and QCC initiatives, while also mentoring team leaders and workmen on performance, attendance, and efficiency.

Education Diploma engineer or Graduate engineer (Mechanical, Chemical, Production, Automobile).

• 5 - 10 years of experience for Diploma engineer and around years of experience for Graduate engineer.
