Ecommerce Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Haridwar. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online product listings, analyzing sales data, optimizing product descriptions, and updating inventory. Daily tasks include processing orders, handling customer service inquiries, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams to enhance online presence. The role also involves monitoring website performance and implementing improvements to increase online sales and customer satisfaction.

• Proficient in E-Commerce and Sales techniques
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
