Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide high-quality therapy services to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer service.
  • Stay updated on new therapies and techniques to continuously improve skills.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Therapist in a spa or wellness setting, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of various therapy techniques, including massage, acupuncture, and meditation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
