Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our Corporate Finance team. This role is instrumental in supporting strategic decision-making by delivering accurate financial insights, forecasts, and performance reports for the Aster Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Consolidation & Reporting:

  • Lead the monthly financial consolidation process across business verticals within the Aster Group.

  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with internal policies and accounting standards.

  • Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Collaborate closely with various business units and verticals across geographies to collect, validate, and analyze financial data.

  • Act as a liaison between corporate finance and operational teams.

  • Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis:

  • Drive monthly budget vs. actual analysis and highlight key business drivers and deviations.

  • Assist in preparing quarterly forecasts and annual budgets for the group.

  • Ad Hoc Analysis & Strategic Support:

  • Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analyses to support business cases, cost optimization, and strategic initiatives.

  • Prepare executive dashboards and management presentations as required.

  • Cross-Functional Financial Partnering:

  • Work closely with internal departments such as HR, Marketing, Quality, Operations, and RCM to support their financial planning needs.

  • Deliver tailored reports and insights to non-finance stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: CA / MBA in Finance
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably in a healthcare or multi-vertical organization
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the healthcare industry will be considered an added advantage

  • Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

  • Working knowledge of ERP and reporting tools (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar)

  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
