Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems (Chillers, AHUs, VRV/VRF, Ductable Units, etc.).
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Read and interpret HVAC layout drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality procedures during installation.
  • Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site solutions.
  • Manage materials and labor to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Conduct testing and commissioning of HVAC systems and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Liaise with vendors/suppliers for timely material delivery and quality checks.
  • Prepare project documentation including installation checklists, commissioning reports, and client sign-offs.

Candidate Requirements

  • Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 25 years of hands-on experience in HVAC site execution and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation techniques.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings and MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple sites/projects.
  • Willingness to travel to different project locations as required.
