Responsibilities:

● Content Creation: Develop engaging and on-brand copy for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.

● Content Planning: Collaborate with the social media strategy lead, to create content calendars and strategize social media campaigns that align with brand objectives.

● Audience Engagement: Foster social media engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and thoughtfully within TAT.

● Hashtag Strategy: Research and implement relevant hashtags to improve the discoverability of posts.

● Visual Content: Collaborate with designers to pair captivating visuals with your copy, ensuring posts are visually appealing.

● Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to capitalize on new opportunities.

● Analytics and Reporting: Use social media analytics tools to track the performance of posts, analyse data, and adjust strategies accordingly.

● Ad Copy: Create persuasive copy for social media ads and sponsored posts to drive conversions. ● Brand Voice: Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.

Requirements:

● Proven experience as a Social Media Copywriter or similar role.

● Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong grasp of grammar and style.

● Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

● Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques.

● Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

● Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

● A passion for and understanding of the target audience.
