Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Social Media Management: Experience handling multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Content Creation: Strong writing, graphic design, and/or video editing skills; ability to create engaging posts, stories, reels, blogs, and other multimedia content.
  • Growth & Engagement: Proven track record of increasing followers, engagement, and brand presence organically.
  • SEO Optimization: Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, blog optimization, and analytics tracking.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Ability to track social media performance, analyze metrics, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Tools: Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.), SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs), and basic photo/video editing software.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with marketing, design, and content teams.

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Up-to-date with social media trends and algorithm changes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns/projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
