About the Role We are looking for a proactive Finance Executive to join our team and manage the day-to-day finance and MIS operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in financial processes, statutory compliance, and data management, along with strong coordination skills to liaise with our partner universities.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase student enrolments and partnerships.

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential market segments.

Oversee lead generation, nurturing, and conversion activities.

Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.

Collaborate with marketing and counselling teams to align strategies for conversions and campaigns.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance sales strategies.

Maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and university partners.

Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.

Ensure adherence to company policies, targets, and professional standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

3–7 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in DLP sales, EdTech, education.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Excellent understanding of sales metrics, data analysis, and CRM tools.

Ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving ambitious targets.
