About Us

Brand Katha is a growing digital marketing agency specializing in branding, website development, and performance marketing. We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to produce engaging visuals across various media channels, ensuring brand consistency and impactful communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conceptualize design solutions based on thorough research and trend analysis for social media, websites, and other marketing materials.

Analyze project briefs and determine design requirements, translating them into compelling visual concepts.

Develop initial design drafts and present creative ideas to the team and clients.

Create high-quality illustrations, logos, and other graphic elements using industry-standard software.

Ensure graphics are optimized for various media platforms and devices, maintaining visual integrity.

Collaborate closely with copywriters and the creative director to refine designs and produce final deliverables.

Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

Produce engaging motion graphics and reels for social media platforms, enhancing audience engagement.

Key Requirements:

Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and (add any other needed software, e.g. After Effects, InDesign).

A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and detail, with a strong understanding of visual communication principles.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is highly desirable.
